RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Exchanges We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition.
To be eligible for an exchange, your jewelry must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds Refunds are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only, subject to the following conditions:
- Maximum refund amount: ₪3,000
- A restocking fee of up to 5% will be deducted from the refund
- Item must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-engraved jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Items outside the return/exchange window
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Process The item must be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund (minus the 5% restocking fee) will be processed within 48 hours/ 2 business days to your original payment method.
