SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

• In-stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days
• Personalized/Custom items: Custom or personalized jewelry may take up to 14 business days to create and ship

Domestic Shipping (Israel)

• Shipping cost: ₪50 for all orders within Israel
• Delivery method: UPS or private courier
• Delivery time: 2-5 business days after shipment (depending on location)

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Israel only. For international orders, please contact us at info@mayageller.com

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays

While we strive to meet our shipping timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
